Someone have this way for thinking , a idea of double managing , 2 managers for 1 team, not awful , HT stuff think about this , for me this is a great ideaHey , lads
Well I have got this idea, what do you think to have two different persons directing one team?.. I mean one will take care about the first team and the other one can make whatever he wants with the youth team. I know a lot of people that don't have enough time to manage the two teams but they want a youth team! The guy who is going to manage the first team will have his same loginname but he only will have access to the first team and with the manager of the youth team will be the same.
